GENERAL AND LONG STAY RATE:
20% of expenses 14 days before arrival
100% of expenses from 1 day before arrival and/or no-show-no-show

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE and SHORT STAY:
100% of expenses from the moment of making the reservation

The villa will be available from 2:00 p.m. local time on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. local time on the day of departure.

If you arrive outside these hours, you must contact the phone number. +34606942337, one week before your arrival at the villa.

The key collection will be sent to you via email before your arrival date.

Courtesy room for early check-ins and late check-outs. Luggage storage area, rest room and bathroom with shower for clients arriving before or after established hours.

Free cleaning, upon entry and exit. In addition, an intermediate cleaning service is provided for stays of at least 7 nights, with a change of towels and sheets and a review of the villa, once a week. There is the possibility of requesting a more regular service at an additional cost (check upon arrival at the villas). Towels and bed linen included in the price.

Pool towels: for rent/paid. Request information.

All our clients will enjoy a WELCOME DETAIL that includes: milk, tea, coffee, Cola-Cao, juices, water and cookies.
